Senior Secondary Section
In Senior Secondary Classes, each student has to study one language and any four elective subjects. In Science and Commerce following combinations are available:
Medical Group
Compulsory: English (Core), Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
Optional: Physical Education/Informative Practices/Music (Vocal)/Maths (any one to be opted)
Non-Medical Group
Compulsory: English (Core), Physics, Chemistry, Maths.
Optional: Physical Education/Music (Vocal)/Informative Practices (any one to be opted)
Commerce Group
Compulsory: English (Core), Business Studies, Accountancy, Maths/Eco.
Optional: Physical Education/Music (Vocal)/Informative Practices (any one to be opted)
Arts Group
Compulsory: English, Hindi, Pol. Science, History.
Optional: Geography, Economics, Maths, Music (Vocal), PHE.

Note: 1. In Medical Group, a student can opt for Biology & Maths together. Similarly, in Commerce group one can study Economics & Maths together.
2. In class XI, a student can be allowed to change a subject latest upto 31st of August only. However, no change of subject can be allowed in class XII. As per CBSE norms, a student will study the same subjects in class XII that he/she has passed in class XI.
